LaBelle Braiding & Beauty Supplies wants to ensure that you have relaxing and enjoyable experiences at our establishment. Services are available by Appointment and Walk Ins are welcome. We are open Monday - Saturday from 8AM - 8PM and Sunday by appointment only. Our phone lines are open for calls between 7AM and 8:30PM every day. Please leave us a detailed message and we will call back during the next business hours. All inquiries before and after business hours will be handled the next business day. All calls, texts and emails are returned within 24 hours.


Holding in mind that life is already busy and hectic enough, so we provide this convenient way to schedule your appointment. Be advised that our online appointment requires a deposit of 50.00 (deductible from your payment at the time of your appointment). We run very busy schedules, but we will make it our personal mission to give you a great taste of our service. Our salon offers comfort, tranquility and positivity. 


Appointments can be scheduled either after the face-face consultation with a cash deposit or over the phone or online. After an appointment has been scheduled, we will call, text or email a day before to confirm. If you do not hear from us, please contact the salon to confirm your appointment. Appointments without deposits cannot be guaranteed. You can secure your appointment either in person or online. We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. Please be courteous and call the salon promptly 24-hours in advance if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone else. This is how we can best serve the needs of our customers. Absolutely no refund (Transferable to family/friend)-- a credit will be given for any future services if you call to cancel 24-hours before. If 24-hour notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client as well as maintain a higher availability

of services for you and others.

A “No Show” is someone who misses an appointment without having the courteous to cancel within 24-hours period. No Shows inconvenience those individuals who also need your time frame. A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “no show” and void your deposit. Last minutes cancellations will also be considered as a “No Show.” On the second attempt of a 'No Show" such individual will not be schedule for any future appointment at this establishment or any other locations of ours.


We understand the unpredictable events, If you are running late, please call the salon to let us know. If not your place will not be guaranteed. Due to scheduling commitments on other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.

Consultations are from Monday to Friday between 10am to 6;30pm.


Consultation is free and may be scheduled to identify your hair needs and expectations, and to discuss how we may best help you achieve it. It is possible to be serviced the same day if scheduling permits.  Clients with questions about braid care, hair extension choices, natural hairstyle options, thinning, transitioning, the locking process, the costs, etc, can have their questions answered at that time:

All natural hairstyles include a shampoo and condition. Please make sure that your hair is thoroughly detangled and free of any braids or twists to avoid additional charges. Hair extension are not included with our services and must be purchased separately. Click HERE to view our hair products.

Here at LaBelle Braiding & Beauty Supplies our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction--making sure our customers comes and leaves happy every time. 


We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service, and gladly accept the opportunity to make things right if the need arises. Therefore, should you have any questions or concerns about the services in our salon, please notify the shop owner/manager and we will be glad to fix the problems. Menu prices listed in the Service Menu at the front desk are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well

as the length of your hair. Your stylist will inform you of the price before she/he begins your service. Payment for salon services is expected to be made at the time of service. There are no refunds on hair services rendered. Any dissatisfaction in service must be expressed within 3 days of the service and the client must return to the salon within the 7 days so that work/results may be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make corrections to your satisfaction.

Please be advice that most hair styles involve some risk that you should fully understand: constantly washing your hairs while it is braided, going to bed without using hair-tie, etc.

If you are unhappy with a product purchased at our store, please return it within 5 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer an exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer refund, replacement or exchange on any opened or used goods. 



Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Refunds are limited to the following situations:

  • Services received cannot be refunded.

  • No refunds are given for gift card orders.

  • Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

  • Gift card orders are not exchangeable.


We gladly accept Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card, cash only.
