Can I Get A Refund?
No! We will replaced few braids that have fallen out in the first two weeks. After that all repairs will be charged.
Why do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
We required a deposit to secure and confirm your appointment.
Can I Cancel My Appointment?
Yes. Please be courteous and call the salon promptly 48-hours in advance if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone else. This is how we can best serve the needs of our customers. Absolutely no refund (Transferable to family/friend)-- a credit will be given for any future services if you call to cancel 48-hours before.

How to make my hair last longer?
Always wear a scarf when you go to bed, preferably one made out of silk. Its smooth texture will prevent your braids from frizzing and looking like a fuzzy disaster.
Moisturise your scalp at least 1 to 2 times a weeks.
How long will my braid last?
We can not guarantee how long your braids will last. it will depend on how well you take care of your braids.
You can avoid risk like constant washing. swimming without a swim cap.we are not liable for this risks.
What types of payment do you Accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, paypal , square, and cash app.
However, we strongly recommend cash payment for your hair services. please, when paying for your hair services with a debit or credit card you will be taxed.
